Taiwan Semiconductor GBU80x Glass Passivated Inline Bridge Rectifier features glass passivated diode construction to save space on a printed circuit board. The rectifiers are used in low-profile or standard surface mount (SSM) devices. The devices are ideal for switching mode power supply (SMPS), adapters, televisions and monitors. The rectifiers come with a 8A forward current rating and peak reverse voltage ratings from 50V to 1000V. GBU80x storage temperature ranges from -55 to +150ºC.
