GHI Electronics UC5550 System on Modules
GHI Electronics UC5550 System on Modules (SoMs) are based on STM32F767 216MHz ARM® Cortex-M7 processor with optional external 4MB FLASH, 32MB SDRAM, and Wi-Fi. These UC5550 SoMs provide a variety of interfaces and connectivity options, all packaged at an optimized power, size, and cost. The UC5550 SoMs are designed with highly-integrated connectivity that includes Wi-Fi, USB host, client, and TFT-display. This connectivity makes the SoMs ideal for the products requiring display options and horsepower. The features include fast internal SRAM, flash with optional external SDRAM, Quad-SPI flash, embedded LCD controller, camera interface, and rich peripheral setup.
